BUSINESS MODEL DESIGN
A business model can be described as outlining the rationale of how an organization creates, delivers, and captures value. (economic, social, or other forms of value) By business model design we mean using design methods to question and develop an existing business model, or create an entirely new one. We started out using Osterwalder’s Business Model Canvas with the addition of ideation methods. We have recently created our own improvement of Osterwalder’s Canvas, that is more dynamic with built in ideation as well as more suitable for service organizations.

STRATEGY DESIGN
Strategy design means using a design approach to develop strategies and strategic material. Simple as that. When we develop strategic material for an organization we always involve the members of that organization. Surprisingly many organizations think that a strategy can be created from our imagination, just like that. It can’t. At least not a good strategy. In order to create successful and innovative strategies the knowledge and ideas of the members of the organization are crucial. After all they are the ones who know the market, the situation and the organization best. Then we add research, creative methods, prototyping and different perspectives into the mix and the result is a great strategy.
INNOVATION DESIGN
Innovation design means that we help organizations find ways to work in order to become more innovative. Our innovation designs can be focused on an entire innovation process or a small part of an innovation process. We help organizations create ways of working in order to continuously develop innovative products and services. Prototyp also functions as support and give a different perspective in current innovation processes.
